Biochemical urinalysis is one of the routine methods of diagnosing diseases in the clinic of internal diseases, which is subject to significant fluctuations under the influence of various factors, among which the female ovarian cycle occupies a special place. The purpose of this study was to study the effect of phase changes in the ovarian cycle on the main parameters of the biochemical analysis of urine. 15 healthy women of reproductive age were examined during different phases of the ovarian cycle: the postmenstrual phase, the ovulation phase, and the premenstrual period. Despite the relative stability of many indicators (urobilinogen, ketone bodies, erythrocytes, specific gravity, protein and albumin/creatinine ratio), the study revealed significant differences in indicators depending on the period of the menstrual cycle: color, transparency, microalbumin, leukocytes, nitrites, acidity (pH) and vitamin C levels.

Key words: ovarian cycle, biochemical composition of urine, cyclic changes.
