PRELIMINARY STUDIES OF BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY OF ALGOFLORA OF WATER BODIES IN THE ASTRAKHAN REGION

The article presents the results of algological studies of water bodies in the Astrakhan region in the following districts: Kamyzyak, Ikryaninsky, Kharabalinsky, Voldarsky, Privolzhsky and the environs of the city of Astrakhan. Algae studies were conducted at the outlet sections of the Volga Delta: Biryuchya Spit, Ognevka, Kirovsky, Gandurinsky and Belinsky banks. As a result of the studies, 23 species of algae were identified, belonging to 3 divisions: blue-green, green and diatoms. Cyanophyta (Oscilatoria brevis, O. sancta, Microcystis aeruginosa); Chlorophyta (Chlorococcum elipsoideum, Chlamydomonas reihartii, Volvox carteri, Pediastrum duplex, Coelastrum microsporum, Scenedesmus acuminatus; Spirogyra Sp., Chlorella vulgaris, Cladophora sericea); Bacillariophyta (Diatomae) (Sceletonema subsalsum, Stephanodiscus rotula, Cyclotella menengchiniana, Melosira varians, Synedra ulna, Navicula cryptocephala, N. gastrum, Gyrosigma attenuatum, Cocconeis placentula, Cymbella ventricose, Nitzshia vermicularis).
