ANALYSIS OF THE WORLD MARKET FOR GUAR CULTURE AND PROSPECTS FOR RUSSIA’S DEVELOPMENT IN THE FOOD ADDITIVE MARKET

Today, guar gum is one of the most common raw materials used in the modern food industry. The article analyzes the current state of the guar gum market in the world and provides an assessment of the volume and value of the European and world markets. An analysis of the geographic segmentation of the market and analytics of the world's main suppliers are also carried out. Understanding the key aspects of the formation of the guar gum market is carried out to expand the scope of agricultural trade and meet the growing needs of the processing industry both in Russia and abroad.
