The paper presents the results of changes in the biochemical parameters of blood against the background of the introduction of sulfur-containing grain components into the diet of laboratory animals. The degree of changes in the peroxide hemolysis of red blood cells, the total content of protein and hemoglobin in the blood, which is determined by the influence of sulfur-containing products on the absorption of iodine in the body of female rats, was studied. It is shown that this diet, against the background of high protein and hemoglobin indicators, has a low resistance of red blood cells.
